We always provide samples as per buyers exact design and specification. Our Merchandisers and Quality Controllers always keep a close check on sampling before starting production.
Product development has been made easy at Kores bangladesh ltd to provide best quality clothes that are consistent over the whole process at most economical price. Depending on product & buyer protocol a feasible vendor will be finalized for sourcing components and/or finished apparel.
Our entire vendor does comply with various government acts along with buyer’s compliance. Before we engage with vendors we conduct ethical compliance and technical audits so that our people & products are both safe.
We keep a close eye on status of progress on day to day basis in order to avoid delay in shipping or in submitting the samples for review & approvals.
We are strict and vigilant while the products are packed and loaded and we have tied up with shipping and logistics companies to avoid any delays in delivering the merchandise to our clientele.
The Factory Audit is performed by a professional following a general framework designed after ISO 9001 standards. All the important elements, such as quality system procedures, production capacity, child labor, staff facilities and personal hygiene etc. are assessed. The Factory Audit Report that we produce enables the buyers to efficiently select and maintain a high-qualified vendor base. The Social Audit is to check the compliance of the supplier regarding Hygiene and Safety Standards, local working laws and Child Labor policy according to SA 8000.
